- The event focused on celebrating ownership culture at Siemens. Each employee irrespective of their designation was engaged in elaborating what ownership culture meant to them.
- What narrowed the gap between them was the interactive event technology. Selfie Booths, twitter café and theme centric cut-outs encouraged them to click selfies, upload them. Thus bringing them closer and maximising the online reach.
